- EASY TO TAKE ON AND OFF BY YOURSELF. Putting on and adjusting this figure-8 upper back brace is simple to do without assistance. For the first few days, limit yourself to wearing the support harness for an hour at a time. Expect some soreness as your muscles and ligaments re-learn correct positioning. Once youve gotten used to it, you can wear it under and over your t-shirt, under jackets and coats, sitting at your desk, at the gym, commuting to work, and even relaxing at home.
- INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE - PLEASE USE THE SIZING GUIDE - Connect the straps to make a loose fitting figure 8 and slip your arms through the loops as if putting on a backpack. Position the crossover point at the middle of your upper back, just below the shoulder blades. Tighten the straps until they feel snug, gently pulling your shoulders back without restricting movement. Secure the straps. Begin by wearing the corrector for short periods, gradually increasing the duration as your posture improves.
